the whole stay was just magnificent. big clean rooms and the hosts were really friendly. the locatian of the hotel is in a quiet place but not to far away from old town. 10/10 would recommend!

Basically everything was great it's central in patong but still in a very quiet area. The room is beautifully designed and had everything you can ask for I travelled a lot before but this place was unbelievably good I can only recommend!!!

Very comfortable family hotel walking distance from the airport, I was traveling with my parents with a few big luggage and it was totally fine to walk from/to the airport! Room was very clean, the host and her mum were extremely welcoming and nice! They also serves some great home style Thai food :) We were also able to walk to the beach, it was very tranquil. Would come back to stay with them again!

We stayed here for six nights and really enjoyed our time. Frank and Ann are very welcoming and were so helpful with any of our questions about the island and recommendations (which ATM to use, which ice cream shop is the best, etc). The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, 7-11, and so many restaurants near by to choose from. The breakfasts that Ann made were very good, as was the coffee. Ann even took care of our laundry on our last day for a very reasonable price. The cleaning staff in the hotel were great as well. The personal touch provided by Frank is very rare in this fast paced industry, and we certainly appreciated it. We'll always remember our time here. Also, shout out to Isaac for our fun chats. All in all it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely book this place again if we return to Phuket.
