The breakfast was excellent, fresh, varied, and full of local flavors – a perfect way to start each day. The rooms were very comfortable, combining the charm of the cave experience with modern comfort. One of the most memorable moments was waking up early and watching the hot air balloons rise over Cappadocia right from the hotel terrace – the view was simply breathtaking.

The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with a spread that includes homemade marmalade, eggplant jam, gozleme, borek, eggs, and fruit. And unlimited tea or coffee. Served in the garden. It’s really the highlight of our morning. Location is within a short walking distance to city center. It is also a short drive to watch the hot air balloons launch, which Cappadocia is known for.
