Everything! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. Rudy and his partner (I’m sorry for not remembering her name) were so friendly, welcoming, and happy. They’ve built a wonderful refuge in Punta del Diablo and helped me check on restaurant hours and reservation requirements as well as give me information about the best local beaches to visit. The breakfast was a lovingly prepared set to keep anyone going for a whole day of walking or relaxing on the beach.

First of all the hosts, Ornella and Matthias. Such lovely people, always there for a chat, very caring and always having an eye on the hostel and surroundings to keep everyone and everything safe. The hostel itself is very spacious and provides chill out areas indoors and outside, in the shade and in the sun, inviting for any kind of weather and mood. It is super clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom tidy any time of the day, shared room comfortable with enough space and lockers. The hostel is located at the main street close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, but also close to all beaches of La Paloma. In the end, I stayed for more than a week and can fully recommend to stay in this place!

The spa was a delightful retreat during rainy days, featuring options to book a private jacuzzi or pool at no extra charge, along with the sauna. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, complete with a washing machine. We particularly enjoyed our time on the upper terrace, especially as we stayed in the corner apartment, which afforded us a splendid view of the expansive garden in front
