The reception staff made me feel at home, not only through the personal interactions but also through their thoughtful attitude towards decorating the house. They’ve consistently provided the most welcoming and “feeling at home” atmosphere that I’ve encountered so far in town. I want to express my sincere gratitude, especially to “你” (Chinese “you”) and “Tau” (German “dew”) — my learning shortcut to remember how to speak their names. Their service was fantastic and their constant friendly attitude made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Da Nang definitely has hidden gems for accommodation, and this could be one of them.

The suite was beautiful, spacious and modern. Each room was clean and everything we would need was provided. Plates, utensil, even combs and razors in the bathroom. Great communication from Edward, Ruby and everyone else from the beginning of the booking til checkout letting us know they were there whenever we needed anything. Was a breeze checking in and out. Highly recommend staying here over a typical hotel. The value and personal service makes staying here a no brainer.

Staying an extra day here as the train was delayed. Very nice, calm, quiet and everyone is very helpful. After a couple of weeks on the beachfront, it was nice to stay somewhere more relaxed Big room, with mini fridge and a huge TV.

We stayed one night at Shi House before going to Hoi An and liked it so much that we ended up coming back. The hotel is the same or better than in the photos (which is rare in Vietnam). Very clean, comfortable, Japanese style and with all the amenities one needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Nam, Thu, Thao, Thao assisted us on the nights we were there, very efficient and always with a smile. Totally recommendable when in DaNang.
