The room and bathroom were very clean, all brand new and modern. Spacious rooms. Fyi, pictures took when we checked out. When we insisted on giving tips, the lady gave us water for our bus trip to ninh bhin. The location is good. 12 min walk from our daily cruise trip and 3 min walk to bus meeting point. Another plus: they have brand new lift. So I don't need to carry my backpack all the way to 4th floor. Neighborhood is quite (tend to be too quite) so we had a very good rest
