The hotel room is very spacious and gives a feeling of being at home. Additionally, the service provided by the two staff members （Mihn and Hang ) was excellent and one of the most satisfying memories of this trip. They proactively asked if we needed help ordering souvenirs, and their professionalism and service quality were impressive, making it hard to tell they are young. Their outstanding service and attitude brought us great joy. Because of these two, I would definitely return to stay here again.

The hospitality was fantastic, and the host was incredibly kind and considerate. She was always there when we needed her and even gave us umbrellas when it started raining. The room was super comfortable, with fresh-smelling bedsheets and towels, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning, with something new and tasty every day. The location is probably the best in Hanoi. We loved our stay and hope to come back whenever we’re in Hanoi again.

The host is an awesome person, who is availble for contact 24 hours per day. Very friendly and gives more hospitality than is required. The accomodation is clean, and has all you need. I think everone should experience this homestay to get more inside information on living in a busy city as Hanoi. I think I have one suggestion for host: maybe include the experience of sharing a meal with the family or friends, or offer a tour on a bike together with the host..This would increase their income and will be a superb experience for the guests. I thought about this idea, because he is such a nice person as company.

Very clean, brand new design and very well organised. A very nice small balcony with a pleasant shadow from the tree. Even the double glass at the windows to perfectly protect your sleep from the external noises. Staff always available and smiling. Immediate response to any request. Great Wifi. Perfect English from the host Dzung, very gentle. I would stay there again!

The friendly and helpful staff, spacious styled rooms, marvelous bathroom made it a very comfortable stay with Netflix as a welcome extra. A lot of restaurants nearby and walking distance from old town. Lift entrance only one floor up.
