The retreat provided excellent service to welcome us. Even though the host wasn’t present, they made sure we felt warmly received. Amazing location with great facilities - the photos do not do it justice. The host was incredibly attentive and available to assist with any of our queries. The aircon in our room had some issues and he kindly moved us into another room. The pool outside with the animals roaming around is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be visiting again.

The house is situated in the perfect spot where we received a lot of traffic from all the animals. The wall that is around the boma is perfect for close interactions with the animals but provides enough security so as not to feel threatened. Overall the house was amazing.
