Please stay with this beautiful family!!!! When it comes to my stay at Villa Elezi I don't even know where to start....from the second I arrived I was absolutely swept away with this beautiful husband and wife's hospitality and genuine kindness. They will sit you down, get you anything you need whether it be something to drink, or some delicious fresh fruit from their garden! Even though I only intended on staying here to rest inbetween my travels, I ended up spending the whole afternoon talking with them. Even though we had to use a translator, that didn't make any difference to us being able to get to know each other and learn about each other's lives and cultures. In terms of the accommodation itself, I can't sing enough praise!! The bedroom and bathroom were as clean as can be! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and Lume (the wife) washes everything very thoroughly, this also means that everything smells beautiful! After a big day of walking, walking into this room was absolute heaven. The location is also fantastic, your a short 5-10min walk to the beach front and main strip of shops. The area where the accommodation is is really lovely, because it's far enough away from the main strip that it's very peaceful and quiet, but you can still walk to everything relatively quickly! I cannot thank this family enough for giving me one of the highlights of my entire trip! I will always cherish the memories I spent with them dearly, which is something I didn't expect from staying at a guest house. Albanian hospitality is truly something special! We stayed in this hotel because we had a wedding in Durres. The hotel was brand new, very clean and staff was very kind. They allowed us to have a bit of a late check out so we could get ready for the wedding. They also were able to delivered an iron for clothes to get ourself ready. They have private parking and everything was around 5 min by car. Very worth it for the money paid.

I highly recommend this place to everyone who is interested in visiting Durrës beach. We stayed here for 8 days and it was the best accommodation we could have asked for! The rooms were clean, modern and nicely equipped. It’s directly at the beach. It took 1 minute to walk to the sea. The food in the restaurant was on point every time with a lots of options, even traditional ones. (Also with a view to the sea.) But most importantly I have to mention the staff!! I have never been to a place before where people would be this exceptionally kind and helpful with the guests. They were always welcoming in the restaurant or at the reception. The receptionist always helped us when we needed and was very kind. So overall we couldn’t be more satisfied. They well deserve the 10 star review.🤩

Where do I begin? I have stayed at many hotels in the past, but the service I was provided at the Grand Duka is honestly the best! This hotel ticks every box! Location-wise wise it is so close to everything! The Beach, Nightlife, Bars, & Restaurants were walking distance away (cabs to and from the hotel and bars were relatively cheap as well). The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it's modern, minimalistic, with a neutral tone that flows through the property. Rooms are just as impressive, they were so clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great too- so many people asked me where I was staying! The spa & wellness centre was well-kept and very clean! All of the gym equipment worked properly, and they had a variety of machines to choose from. The spa facilities were a great way to relax (I spent a lot of time in there!) The restaurant and bar were great, and the breakfast menu had lots of variety to choose from! The dinner options were well-made and delicious! The bar and bar staff were great, providing great customer service & recommending drinks (my favourite was the Aperol Spritz!) The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful people I have come across when staying at a hotel - they greeted us with a smile every day, they made excursion recommendations for us to make the most of our holiday, and they would always ask if there was anything they could do to help! I would like to give a special shout-out to Anisa, the Marketing Manager; she was amazing, such a lovely lady, and super friendly! We were celebrating my Sister's 23rd birthday, she went over and above to help make sure it was special, assisting with getting special decorations, planning the surprise, and the cake! Honestly, Grand Duka was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! If I ever find myself back in Durrës I know exactly where I'll be staying!
