It’s a beautiful small new hotel in the middle of a peaceful stunning landscape. The owner and his staff are very friendly and courteous. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Everything fresh right from the garden. The room was very clean and the interior and equipment was great. It was actually one of our best stays in Armenia. We can definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel!

We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. We travel a lot and spend our nights in many places. Most of these feel as if the owners never actually have tried to spend a night in them themselves. Random furniture, nuisances. Very nicely designed room in a central location. They saved us a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel, which was really convenient. The girls at the reception were really kind and the nearby restaurant that the hotel recommends for breakfast (it’s called Herbs & Honey) is great! Highly recommended.

The hotel is newly opened and very comfortable, decorated in European elegance with high quality. Every detail is considered and made to make the quests comfy and satisfied, feeling better than at home. The feeling of staying at the hotel is like staying in the best European places, but with warm Armenian and Gyumri welcomes. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Also, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and well educated. The breakfast is awesome. There are many choices for any taste. Everything is excellent.

The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The owner was so lovely and helpful. I was going to be arriving early and she messaged to let me know that the room was ready for when I arrived. The place is in a good location - a nice 10 minute walk from the main churches and sights. The room was comfortable and had a kettle and fridge, I was also offered to use their kitchen if I wanted and that there was a washing machine available (I didn't use either but the offer of the facilities was kind).
