The common area was lovely and cosy. It was lovely to be able to sit by the fire and look out at the beautiful view. The dorm rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The location is excellent. It is a new property and stylishly decorated. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The quality of the linen etc was excellent. Mine had a balcony which was comfortably sized and ideal for a pre dinner drink. What really made our stay, however, was the staff. We were welcomed warmly and every effort was made to assist us in every respect including going out of their way to find a money exchange facility on the morning we left. It was truly outstanding service. One of us managed to take the room key with us when we left and staff were able to quickly make arrangements to collect it from us at the bus station.

Santiago reached out to us days before arriving. He gave us all the necessary information about how to reach him or his brother. Everything we needed to know how to enter the apartment. He also added additional information what to do in Califate and recommendations. A lot of little thinks are very well thought through. To connect to the internet, he provided a QR code so that the connection can be established with an easy click. These QR codes are even outside for travelers who arrive without access to the internet. We have met Santiago the next day and he gave us lots of recommendations what to do and ideas where to go. He was always reachable through WhatsApp and helped us a lot.

Kind owner, clean room, quiet environment, small kitchen and utensils, furniture. Everything I needed for the stay was in there. When I was tired of eating at restaurants, I enjoyed the flexibility of cooking food from the supermarket.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped us to book a tour to the glacier with them for cheaper than we had found online, and a taxi to the bus station. The hostel was well maintained and very clean. They provided free coffee and some basic cooking items such as oil. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and crockery - perfect for us as we cooked all of our meals during our stay.

Perfect location for the bus and not far from the centre of the town. Great helpful staff. Able to organise trips and buses to other destinations (they are also a tour company). Always being cleaned and shared kitchen for a hostel was very clean. Food box for guests to leave excess food for other guests to use. They responded immediately to a problem with a leak in the bathroom.

This property was amazing. Such a great location, close to town and easy to get about both in the day and late in the evening. Very clean and lots of facilities in the kitchen to use which was great. Florencia is a fab host so helpful and friendly. When our flight was delayed she let us stay longer and we were very grateful!

This hostel was very clean, to be honest I wasn't expecting much because it was the cheapest hostel I could find, but it was perfect for me. My only suggestion would be to say that it would be great to have a little shelf so if you are on the upper bunk you have somewhere to put your phone / wallet. The wifi was super fast and the kitchen was spotless. I'll definitely return.

Great vibe in this hostal and lovely staff, knowledgeable to help you out with all excursions, Good breakfast options, Clean. Good rooms. Location is great, 5 minutes walking from the main strip. This is cool place, howver don't expect 5* luxuary. Ideal as budget hotel!
