Location is incredible, big Spar is beneath the building, huge Westfield mall 1min from Citadines, and the metro station is across the street. The building is new, everything seems so luxurious. I was afraid that I will be cold but every room has air condition that you can adjust. Room is perfect, clean, warm. We didn't have the kitchen since we were staying only 4 nights. I guess for staying longer you get it. There is a fridge, a tea pot. You can always take the tea, or coffee on the reception, it's free. Which is incredible because in a lot of places in Vienna it isn't. Stuff is so friendly, they gave us everything we asked for. We were just so satisfied with everything. This is my no.1 adress for Vienna.

Excellent, nearly built hotel. The room was very well equipped with a refrigerator. Opening the window automatically shut the air conditioning—very smart. There is a whole building with many restaurants just across the street. The partial closure of the nearby metro station was not a problem; it only added 5 minutes to a train ride.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motel22 in Vienna. The studio was impeccably clean and cosy, with a thoughtful touch of Manner Wafers on each pillow. An excellent place for classical music lovers. Schreiberbach and Beethovengang are right next to the house. The apartment is large, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed and arranged, thus a very pleasant place for a-few-day stay in the suburb of Vienna. The host is kind and nice as well.

    Nice budget hotel that makes a good choice if you visit Vienna or its northern surroundings but do not fancy an accommodation in the city. Room for 2 was of decent size and it had plenty of sockets which is very handy if you have many devices that need to be charged simultaneously. Breakfast was good, although breakfast room can get a bit crowded at times.
