Beautiful, charming, characterful, comfortable, and spacious. Landhaus Dodo was everything I had hoped. There's a bus stop pretty much outside the door to the nearest town or railway station. Payerbach is so gorgeous that you'll never want to leave. Walks mountains cable cars unesco heritage railway and you can get to Vienna in less than a couple of hours

In a walking distance to the ski resort, with an oportunity to get refreshments downstairs in the restaurant or in the front of the apartment in the street food kiosks (with a great honey beer in one of them). The owner provided a shed for our ski equipment and our children were able to play in the snow in the backyard. We had a beautiful view the balcony, both during the day or the evening ;-) The grocery store (Billa) is just few steps away. The parking lot can be crowded during some weekend days, but we were there for the whole weekend. Definitely we will come back for some more skiing, thank you.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, everything was clean and new. Apartment has lot of hi-tech gadgets like ambient lights and digital temperature setting, well-equipped kitchen, board games, TV with Xbox, etc. The design looks very cozy. We also didn't hear any noise from outside during the night 🙂

Beautiful location and friendly hosts. The property was spotless and well equipped for a winter break with a real fire and glass doors opening out to amazing views. It was cosy and perfect for what we needed. There is also a great restaurant which is 1km walk down the hill so perfect for an evening out for great food and drink and a stager up the hill.

Accommodation was very cozy and clean, food was tasty. All the personnel were simply great. From receptionists to bartender, everybody was friendly, polite and helpful. Location is not far from Semmering or Stuhleck, kids enjoyed the skiing trip. If the weather is better, we would prolong our stay. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the playroom with toys. It is full of furniture and it was hard to play when 5 kids came there at the same time. Toys have seen their better days already as well. We will definitely come back again.

The room was very clean, very large and had a comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. The owners are nice and helpful, and the location is also very good. On top of all that, we received a tasty vanilla cake on arrival :)

Perfect location for children. Mrs. Morgenbesser and her family are very friendly and helpful. You can buy fresh local products there. It’s quit here (the only noise is from the cowbells😀). It is close to Semmering.
