Great appartment, unfortunately I didn't look to well with the booking. We were traveling with two big dogs and it was a little bit to small for the four of us. Ad first we should stay for three nights, but we had to cancel. But if you're traveling with no dogs, or one small dog it's perfect. The room was clean, the host was very kind. It felt like it was brand new. With some chocolat and some other supplies it felt like a warm home. I would definitely recommend this chalet!

I really liked the atmosphere of the place. The host is wonderful and helped a lot. Offered home-made honey, and other help once my wife was a bit sick. Everything was there- toys for kids, TV, internet, kitchen was fully equipped. We rested so well there!

The recent refurbishment is classy and stylish. The pool is swanky with huge windows looking out over the mountains, ditto for the spa which is 13chf extra per day and worth a visit. Breakfast is ample with lots of choice. No complaints at all! Staff are nice too. I stayed in a mixed dormitory because the hotel was full so no female dorms were set up. The room was big. For a youth hostel it’s not cheap but what can I say, it is Switzerland so what can you do? It’s a 7 minute walk to the funicular which drops you into the ski resort. I loved the skiing. Lots of red runs and many drag lifts.

Host Doris is very kind. The accommodation is beautiful, stylish, clean—everything feels like new and is equipped exactly as you need. The kitchen has all the essential utensils and basic food items—tea, spices, oil—so you don’t have to buy them if you want to cook. We truly felt comfortable, just like at home. William and Coralie were extremely thoughtful and welcoming hosts. They prepared a lovely breakfast for us that included several products from the region such as the fruit compotes, apple juice, and eggs as well as the cheeses and meats. The rooms were very clean and spacious and we slept like babies underneath the comfortable duvets. The location itself is beautiful. We woke up to a breathtakingly clear view of the mountains and sunny weather. Furthermore, they were extremely kind when I reached out about a forgotten sweater and made sure to get it back to me.
