The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. If you are a solo traveller like me and you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment to explore this area of Switzerland from then you can’t do much better than this! I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely return one day and heartily recommend it! I miss sitting at the little table and chairs outside the flat, either having my breakfast and planning out my day or having a relaxing beer at the end of the day watching the sunset reflected off the eiger. An unforgettable stay. Any problems I had were quickly resolved my the hotel staff who were very helpful and friendly. Switzerland is quite an expensive place so it’s worth having self-catering facilities such as this to save a lot of money! I just want to add that the fridge has a small freezer compartment as had I knew this I’d have bought an ice pack with me to keep my sandwiches nice and cool.

This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It is a great little hotel in a quiet and beautiful location in Grindelwald, with a breathtaking view. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable, very nice and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are high quality and the pillows are very comfortable. The staff is very kind, friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. It was a second time I was here, everything is perfect, and I will definitely come back again.

Everything is good. With friendly staffs. My room' s view was actually the Jungfrau (4 bed dorm). You could enjoy the slience time in front of the mountain. Make sure you have good communication with the staff before check-in. The reception is not opening for 24hrs.

Had the most amazing view over the mountains - highly recommended to take a mountain view room. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with plenty of storage space. The staff is super welcoming and helpful. Location is also ideal imo, less noisy and crowded than central Grindelwald but only a 5min walk from it.

Awesome views from our room. Fantastic breakfast, delicious cakes baked by the owner of the guesthouse. Very clean. Wonderful owners who help us dry our wet coats and shoes when we arrived in the rain. Location is walking station to Grindelwald Cable car to take to First.
