Great Location, calm area, 2 mins distance to bus stand, grocery store. View of the mountains from balcony was wonderful. To reach the place, most efficient way is to get the Bus No. 105 from Interlaken West station & drop at Matten b. I. Gsteigstrasse, it is a 1 min walk or you may take Bus No. 104 from Interlaken OST station & drop at Matten b. I., Mattenstrasse then 1 min walk (follow the google map). Very comfortable beds and maximum 6 people can accommodate comfortably. The only problem is that it have only 1 bathing area (with WC) & 1 separate WC which is a bit issue (those who preferred bathing in the morning). However all other amenities are exceptionally good. You get a full fledged kitchen. Our stay was WONDERFUL!!!

i really love the place.. very cozy and clean, everything provided by the host. Also the plus point is very near from public transportation, minimarket, many restaurant but still located in a calm and quite village, i enjoy walking around the place to see the environment. This place is also family friendly, with large space comfort for everyone. The kitchen and utensils are complete if we want to cook. Very kind and fast respond owner. Definitely will book this place again if we visit Interlaken again!

Everything - location was right next to Hotel Sonne bus stop from where one can take direct bus to Ost, West and Wilderswil train stations. The property has all kitchen equipments and we could even cook Indian food easily. The rooms are spacious with one bathroom on first floor and one on ground floor. The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Epoka and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owners for such a perfect experience. From the very first moment, the villa felt incredibly warm, welcoming, and cozy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and maintained to the highest standard. It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and spending time together very enjoyable. The living room is especially cozy, perfect for relaxing in the evenings — and we were pleasantly surprised to find board games, which we played together as a family. Those moments made our stay even more special and memorable. The atmosphere of the villa is calm, warm, and full of care for guests. You can really feel how much love and attention has been put into every detail. Everything we needed was there, and more.
