The attention of the hostess was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, gave perfect advise how to get to the airport, stored our luggage and even offered breakfast at 6:15 (!) On the day when we left for torres del paine. Breakfast and room leave nothing to wish for.

15/10 Pedro is the best host I have ever met, he speaks good english. It's not only place to sleep, they can arrange for you all trips to Torres del Paine national park. Help with sim card, buying tickets to park online or any other thing. Highly recommend, bathroom is new after winter renovations and very clean. I hope to come back one day.

The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are beyond great; they pay attention to every little detail. Even the ladies who serve breakfast are incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in your trip and experiences, and very, very kind! The girls at reception were also wonderful. They helped me book a very special tour when I thought it wouldn't be possible, as I was trying to book just the day before. I always left at 6 a.m. to start my tours and daily activities, so I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel (which starts at 7). However, they immediately offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me every morning, which was just perfect for the kind of plans people typically make here. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also offers spacious and convenient free parking, the hotel is located just 1 km from the main city square.

May have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Very cosy with everything you need. Heating adjusts to whatever temperature you need. A sink, a microwave and kitchen utensils at your disposal. Good location right next to the bus station to go to the national park.
