We had a wonderful week exploring the beautiful area staying in this hotel. Zhou Qion the hotel owner (and tour guide) shared her passion for the area and the surrounding geology with us, taking us out on trips to the different view points and sharing her knowledge with us along the way. Excellent location!! Within walking distance of Lao Zhai mountain and the landscape depicted on the 20 yuan note. There's also an electric bike rental just a stone's throw from this inn.

The room was amazing and very spacious. The view is like nothing else. The hotel staff/manager were really kind, and we had a lot of fun sharing a moment with them drinking tea and discussing our respective cultures. They were very helpful in organizing our visits and also provided an offline translator to use during our stay. Would definitly stay with them again! (The chinese breakfast is awesome)

The hotel is very close to the center, but at the same time it is in a very quiet area. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed and the best thing was Kate and the people who work there, very generous and kind. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and great English speakers. They helped a lot with tour planning and transportation. The room was very clean and the balcony had an amazing view. There is an option to rent bicycles and e-bikes. It was very cheap and comfortable.

An Unforgettable Stay I cannot recommend this place enough! This lodge is definitely a true hidden gem. It’s conveniently located at the heart of Yangshuo’s downtown, closed to the famous shopping street, Xijie Street, and all other famous attractions. The rooms are beautifully designed in modern comforts, spacious, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and most stunning thing is “there is an elevator!!” inside the lodge. We did not have to walk all to way up to 6th floor. We just had more than we expected and needed for a perfect stay. The host is a lovely couple and they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They are also professional tour guides and help planned our itinerary to explore and experience the Yangshuo local attractions. They made us feel like part of the local family and complete our travel effortless. All in all, this lodge is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a decent retreat with exceptional services and a genuine local experience, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning!!
