Everything was exceptional, the best hotel we have stayed at in China. The hotel owner Isaac always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful in giving us all the information needed for visiting both parks. The hotel amenities were fantastic, the grounds and very pretty with an incredible view, and the rooms were super modern and clean. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast each morning too, which was new to us but delicious every time. Thank you so much to Isaac and his family who made our trip to Zhangjiajie absolutley perfect, I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Because I was traveling in December, I was concerned by heating facilities in the hotel. Despite in common premises (like elsewhere during the winter) was quite cold, the proper air conditioning system in our room makes our stay very comfortable. Heating system works perfectly well. I also emphasize the perfect location of hotel - 7 min walking from the main gates to the park and very good restaurants nearby.
