The staff were very friendly, always had time to chat and talk about the area, show animals they had spotted on the property. We saw the sloth that lives in the trees near the entrance, iguanas, frogs. The gardens at the hotel are an array of colours full of unusual plants and birds. The accomadation was very comfortable, large bed big bathroom. There was a place to sit outside at the end of the day to relax and remember the activities of the day and plan the day ahead. The pool was great when u returned after a day trip. Breakfast was included and it was a great start to the day. Selection of items available, fruit, eggs, pancakes with bacon. All was wonderful

Wow probably the best views during our stay in Costa Rica. We chose the upper floor and the volcano was in full view. It was amazing rain or shine. In other places during rain you feel like you are stuck in a small room with nothing to do but in this place we had amazing terrace and a massive room where we could read when it was raining and we didn't feel like we missed out. Breakfast was a short walk in a nearby property.

It was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Costa Rica. This brand-new place is incredibly cool and stylish. The decor was stunning, and everything was spotless. Having a kitchen in the room made us really happy, and having a private jacuzzi in the garden was amazing. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Great location. Close to a supermarket, which was good to utilise the kitchen. Esteban was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He organised a shuttle to Monteverde for us that was cheaper than anywhere else we could find. I even got an invite to go and play Soccer with his local friends.

Ideal location for activities in the area. 4x4 required for most travelling especially when experiencing torrential rain and uneven roads. Hot pool at hotel excellent. Restaurant acceptable though nothing special. Comfortable room and pretty good shower.

Location was great. Close enough to everything but out away from the noise. The pool area is amazing and the tours done by Armando made our experience even better. The breakfast is cheap and delicious with an amazing view of the volcano as you eat breakfast. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was very clean.

The staff makes the whole experience wholly amazing! Very clean accommodations and the possibility to borrow forks and plates to cook something fast in your room. Breakfast is also very affordable! The location is only 8 mins from the Arenal National Park and that's an amazing hike to do while in the vicinity.
