I really did not expect this hotel to be as good as it was, welcome drink on check in, free room upgrade, complimentary wine in room, everything you expect from a 5 star in your room including quality toiletries, downstairs has very nice bar area and restaurant with excellent breakfast, in addition the whole place is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and staff are great. A gem in Larnaca I have not discovered before.

A very pleasant and bright little house, perfect for a small family. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the sea is just a three-minute walk away — an excellent location. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need, even small touches like spices and a jar of olives, which was a nice surprise. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-equipped everything was. The apartment had everything we needed—cleaning supplies, bed sheets, plenty of towels and all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. It was clear that the host put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need. One of the highlights for us was the breathtaking view of the sea from every single room in the apartment. It made our mornings so special, just waking up to that view. The host was beyond amazing—friendly, thoughtful, and very accommodating. He gave us lots of helpful information about the area and was incredibly flexible with check-out time, which we really appreciated. To top it all off, he greeted us at 6 a.m. with a warm welcome, complete with pastries, water, and coffee capsules for the entire duration of our stay. That thoughtful touch really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. 10/10 experience!

Extremely clean, superbly reasonable, incredibly convenient and very very very friendly. I stayed for 35 hours between flights. And I can't say these were the best 35 hours of my life, but they were definitely the best 35 hours between flights in my life :)) I've seen a lot of hotels, guesthouses and short-term rental apartments - Panny (the owner) has created the perfect place to rest during a flights connection.
