It's very close to the Old Town, Prague Castle and other popular sights, so I can easily go for a walk on Charles Bridge in the early morning, and of course in the evening too. Unfortunately, my flight from Helsinki to Prague had a short connection time, so my baggage got lost, but the manager Adela, and the excellent staff Teresa, did a great job and I was able to get it back the following evening. Che ottimo a me.

Everything we needed was there. Very clean. One room, but big enough with family. Good beds and pillows. Away from city center, but it was quiet to sleep and public transportation was very good in every direction, trams, metro in 5-8min walk with 6 and 8 year old kids. Everything in Praque in 20min distance with public transport. Enough restorants and pubs around the place. We recommend.

First visit to Prague,and wanted to be near the traditional parts of the city. Travelling with elderly parent who left Czech as a toddler and wanted to see his homeland. Location was perfect, on a busier main route with transit etc, but didn't feel like it. McDonalds and a couple small grocery and convenience stores nearby. Large mall just a block away, if needed. Crossing the street immediately took you to the old world charm of Prague, winding cobblestone streets, beautiful buildings, so many little shops and places to eat.Tucked in behind McDonalds was a cut through with some fantastic little eateries, the sandwich shop and pastry shops were a treasure to find! It's about 10 minute walk to the Old town square, with beautiful churches, great people watching, and places to eat or grab a drink and watch the astronomical clock. From the hotel if you follow the main street in one direction you are about 2 blocks from the river. In the other, it's an easy walk past a stretch of higher end shops, a huge toy store, bakeries, and then into Wenceslas Square. Lots to see and do around there, continue along and through some of the little streets and you come back to Old Town. Location can't be beat. Transit is easy as well, and inexpensive. We had a 2 bedroom space, rooms were large, we figured 14 foot ceilings, beds very comfortable, and air conditioned. Each room had a small balcony, bathroom had a large tub and a separate walk in shower with the best rainfall shower! Kitchen area was well equipped, seating area was comfortable for 3 of us. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, offering umbrellas, directions, and very welcoming. The beer spa is just a few doors away, and there are many great places to eat nearby. We took suggestions and went to Lokal for relaxed dinner and beer, Mincova on the Square for an amazing dinner, and the patisserie just up the block became a daily stop.

The staff was wonderful, polite and did everything to make sure our stay was pleasant. The room was very clean and everything seemed brand new. We really liked how the rooms were set up, spacious bathroom and a large mirror in a hallway which was inside the room. Definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is in an ideal location in New Town with close walking distance to Old Town. I liked the quiet location of the hotel. You are close to the action but quiet street for relaxing. Hotel was very clean, there was a quaint outdoor courtyard.

The room was quite small, but very clean, ideal for the shorter stay. Nice breakfast (buffet with bread, cereal, milk, jams, honey, cheese, some meat, coffee, tea, fruit juices etc.). Good location, quite close to the center but not super close (for me it is an advantage), nice bike and running/walking paths by the river. Big and relatively cheap parking, nice bicycle storage. Helpful and friendly staff.

The pictures on the website look grim, but this hotel is very nice, safe, very very clean and in a great central location. We book this because it was cheap but I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spotless!
