I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect, with everything you could need within walking distance. Whether you're looking to explore the city's top attractions, dine at diverse and delectable restaurants, or enjoy the vibrant nightlife at one of the many nearby bars, you'll find it all just a stone's throw away. The apartment is a modern oasis, equipped with all the latest amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. From high-speed Wi-Fi to a fully-stocked kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make you feel right at home. Public transport is incredibly accessible, with major bus and tram stops just around the corner, making it easy to explore further afield without hassle. Despite being in such a bustling area, the apartment offers a quiet and peaceful retreat to unwind after a day of adventures. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional friendliness and hospitality of the owner. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Martin was always available to assist with any queries or issues, which made our trip even more enjoyable. In conclusion, this apartment is a gem in the city centre, offering modern comfort, unbeatable location, and exceptional service. the breakfast was ample and ther was a selection of all I normally like, so absolutely no complaints from me. the hotel is right in the middel of center, and less than 100 meters from where I had meetings, so for me the location is perfect and the most inportant criteria. Parking is not possible at the hotel, but great parking facilities - 5min walk from the hotel. When you choose a budget hotel you do not expect much, this however exceeded all my expectations. I will be back :-)

Very clean room, helpful staff, decent selection of food at breakfast. Very central, yet quiet location. This is clearly a budget hotel, so don't expect any luxuries, but it's good value for money.

The best place I have stayed in all Braunschweig, the building in general is very clean and has all the right facilities even for long term, all very equipped. Very clean, easy to access and the service from their team is really good. I will totally recommend this as a stay I will definitely be coming back. Also location is very good, a very calm area and with the tram/bus station infront that takes you directly to the center.

Loved the location, it's very central and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and the shopping district. The property is very well maintained and the room was spotless clean, the beds excellent, including the bedding - much better than in most hotels I have stayed in. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
