If you are looking to be in the centre of town and within walking distance to most of attractions, then Hotel Deutsche Eiche is for you! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The highlights were location, while close to everything it’s in a quiet street so no sleep issues. The free mini bar is amazing! What a great idea, topped up each day it was awesome to come home and crack a beer. The rooms are large and well equipped, the shower is wonderful with lots of water pressure. The hotel has easy access to the trams and trains. There is a restaurant at the hotel and lots of cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. We also found a laundromat a 10 minute walk away which was cheap and good. An all round great place to stay!

It is a very good hotel outside of city centre of Munich. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower can be a bit better. Wi-Fi is very good. The breakfast is full of options. If you like walking such as I do, the Center is 45 minutes away on foot. They have secure parking. Above all staff is amazing.

The location was amazing. It´s just right next to the English Garden. It´s fantastic that there is the possibility of free parking just right at the hotel. There is a beautiful garden inside the hotel with a small stream flowing under. The familiy who is running this hotel is really friendly. There is a breakfast room where you can have your own breakfast which is okay. It´s possible to use the kitchen and there is free coffee and tea provided.
