Absolutely incredible, since reservation until check out time. All staff is very helpful and friendly. Starting with a good check in experience, our stay was perfect. The hotel is brand new, rooms are big, very clean and confortable. All restaurants deserve a visit. A special thanks to all of the staff from Basilico Restaurant and Burger Boulevard who were always available to assist in our requests and make sure we had a good meal. Always so friendly. Breakfast is very good, either international option or at the Basilico cuisine. Both pools are heated, outstanding temperature creating an outstanding experience! But the thing we enjoyed the most is the fact that as soon as you enter the sea throught the jetty, you are in crystal clear waters, surrounded by reefs and thousands of fishes. All of that just a few steps from your room. The hotel is very calm and quiet but at the same time, the entertainment team also deserve a special quote because they turn paradise into a big party. All of the members are always so nice and available to make sure we are having a good time. A special week in our lives.

The Best Hotel! Charmillion Club Aquapark in the best hotel we have ever stayed in! A huge thank you to the reception team – they were incredible. Special thanks to Ahmed, the reception manager and Shenouda, Walter Alyaa and Muhammad , and all the staff and waiters by the pool. All staff everytime bella us! The most important also was hot swimming-pools for our baby and for us! The animation program was fantastic, and the entire team was simply amazing. This is one of the best 5-star hotels we’ve ever experienced. The weather was perfect, the heated pools were a wonderful touch, and we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Excellent catering service which I received in Basilico, Greek, Indian and French restaurants ! Also the open buffet was really good too! Credit to Mr Abo for his accompany and problem serving attitude in my first night of arrival. Credit to Mr Ahmed in Basilico and Greek restaurant for his fast response and kind service .     Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
