Great location, within walking distance to all the center area, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking place was easy to access. It was the second time we were at this property and would probably book it again when we have any trips to Merida.

We had the accessible apartment on the ground floor which has a private internal courtyard. Although it is overlooked by the apartment above, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out for breakfast and in the evening after a busy day sightseeing in this fantastic town. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It was pristine, super clean, comfortable & well-equipped. An extra bonus was the washing machine and dishwasher. There is parking outside to drop off your bags. There's an arrangement with a nearby public car park where we paid a special daily rate of 10€. A large Dia supermarket is also within walking distance if you plan to self-cater. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was perfect. It really did feel llike home.

The host was great, nothing was too much, had a mid afternoon train and they kindly allowed me to stay an extra few hours to accommodate. Location is good too, is in amongst a residential area which was great.
