Delightful place. Peaceful and beautiful. Room spotless and very nicely appointed. Breakfast superb, and included in the room rate. Don't miss the omelettes cooked to order. We booked only 15 minutes in advance, so we were there before the owner even realised the booking. She took us to sit somewhere and gave us a complimentary drink and went to check things really fast. She was very apologetic and helpful to us, but we expected something like that to happen. We were very grateful for us to even be able to book so last minute. The room looked and smelled great, and everything worked as it should!! The owner was standing by to answer any questions or help with anything at all times, and she was very kind. There was also coffee, towels, drinks and a chocolate, and shower supplies.

I had a wonderful stay at Gasthaus Mikkeli! This charming family-run guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The shared kitchen was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit thoughtfully placed on the dining table for guests to enjoy. My room was larger and had higher ceilings than most hotels I’ve stayed in, adding to the overall comfort. The atmosphere throughout the property was cozy and inviting — just like being in a warm, welcoming home. Highly recommended!

Superb price/value. There weren't many guests around during our stay. It was quiet, and the room had everything what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The car park is in front of the hotel, so easy to carry your luggage in and out. Check-in via key code was easy. Would recommend this place in any case.
