What can we say, from the moment we arrived we felt cared for & at home in Mariane and Jesse's Chatau. The location was secluded, tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. Mariane went out of her way to make our stay special, our only regret was that we didn't stay long enough, we didn't want to leave. The breakfast spread was delicious and came from the local village. We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Jesse who so kindly gave us a lift to and from a wedding we were attending not far from La Rise Du Vent. This was a life saver as we hadn't hired a car. Their 3 cats were absolutely gorgeous, and my husband and I loved having them wander around during our stay for strokes and cuddles. Thank you, and we plan on returning to stay again. Location is beautiful, even if the village is quiet, with no restaurant etc, it is still very picturesque and the property itself is really pretty. The breakfast is all home made, even down to the yoghurt, and having it in the internal courtyard was the cherry on the cake. I maybe would have liked an egg with breakfast (I love an egg!) but it didn't stop me enjoying it all immensely.
