My host was there to greet me and was approachable, attentive and personable. Easy to find and perfect for visiting the Le Mans racetrack. Warm and comfortable accommodation with clean facilities. Fabulous value for money. On street parking in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood - just what I needed as I had my vintage motorcycle stored in the back of my van!

We stayed only one night in this beautiful apartment but it is definitely perfect for a much longer stay! The room is large with a huge and comfortable bed, spotless clean. Furnished and decorated with great taste, we really loved it. There is also a small kitchen area, including a fridge, coffe and tea making facility, cups, plates...etc provided. There is a nice courtyard which is closed by a gate, the secure and free car parking place just in front of the apartement was a big bonus for us as we were back to home after a 2 weeks holiday and our car was fully packed. The whole place is very quiet. Laurent is an incredible kind host, communication was easy, as we arrived he was already there to explain everything and even called the restaurant to book a table for us (which was great!) as Sunday evening fast all the restaurants were closed. We had a great stay here, would be happy to return at any time.

It was very well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. The decor was beautiful, very stylish, and we loved the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and presented in sweet baskets. Great location for Le Mans museum, which was a 5 min drive away.
