Warm friendly welcome by Rafael. Nice room , quiet and facilitated our request. Lively grounds for our dog, great secure parking. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. All staff spoke English and were very helpful.

Perfect location. Charming room. Very tasteful and finished to a high standard. Lovely friendly helpful host. Chambery is definitely worth a visit. Lots to see in the old town only 30 minute walk.

Our host, Lilian, was very helpful, friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast each morning was beautifully presented and delicious. The apartment was beautifully decorated, quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

wonderful apartment in a magic city. so comfortable and practical that we could have stayed for many days. It has everything a house can have + cleanliness and direct communication. We really don't find anything negative to mention. many congratulations. P.S. very restful sleep mattress

    The staff was very friendly; at the reception, they gave us room upgrade and told about all the places of interest nearby. Also at the hotel restaurant, the service and the meals were superb. The location of the hotel is very quiet and the facilities are very clean.
