My mom and I had a wonderful stay here. Pat gave us advice on where to eat, was great company and had a beautiful place. We had an early ferry and we got a packed breakfast which was delicious. We would recommend this B&B to anyone.

It was a very late booking as we were supposed to be travelling to Belfast from the port opposite. Our host did everything she could to accommodate us at such short notice! Lovely lady! After looking for hotels in the area, the caravan was by far the best option. We were extremely happy that we chose it. It really lived up to it's name, cosy! The heating was turned on in advance, so when we entered, it was lovely and warm and very welcoming. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The apartment was all clean, new and very big. The kitchen was very well-equipped and it had everything we needed for one night. The location was great, right in front of the marina, walking distance from the town centre and Tesco, and very close to Agnew park. Check-in and check-out very well-organised and smooth even without the staff. Our dog was very welcome (but charged a dog fee, of course).

Great location for access to the ferry terminals. The rooms were spotless & well appointed with coffee/tea, fruit & even some complimentary sherry & whisky! Pat was very welcoming & friendly. Had to catch an early ferry so couldn’t sample the breakfast sadly. 10/10 all round.
