What a little gem! We were tired after a long drive and the huge amount of space in our room, along with the lovely bath, meant we were very able to relax and unwind. Breakfast was superb, with lovely local choices, served by friendly staff, and we only wished we'd had more time to enjoy meeting the farm animals. Our quick visit to see the Clydesdales, accompanied by the dogs, was delightful though!

Stable Cottage provided us with a truly delightful and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the generous size of the cottage, offering ample space to unwind and feel at home. The interior decoration was a particular highlight, beautifully designed and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Comfort was clearly a priority, and we found the cottage to be exceptionally well-equipped and furnished. One of the standout features was the lovely garden, a true haven of tranquility. Perfect location to use as base. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurants and bars within walking distance. Spacious and very comfortable rooms - we even had a small table with chairs in the room.
