Great people! Super friendly, helpful and open. They welcomed us and treated like a part of the family. They are also helping to arrange excursions around. Breakfast are good. The whole object is clean and nice. It's not far away from some groceries and ATM We will definitely get there back :)

Stayed at Garden rooms for one week and everything was perfect. Rooms look very new, equipped with glasses, coffee cups, spoons, plates, different types of coffee, tea and everything what i need for my stay. Definitely will come back, if I visit Kutaisi again.

Loved the place ... It's a relatively new place (Started from Jul 24) with rooms having all the necessary facilities... the owner (Pikria) is super sweet and provides all the right details to make sure that the stay is comfortable.. Location is central and many cafes and restaurants are within 500 meters of the hotel .. Btw do ask Pikria about the churchkela made by her relatives .. those were the best which we had in Georgia ... :)

The owners just opened a few months ago and our room was very comfortable, with a stunning view of the city down below. We loved hanging out on the big balcony watching the sunset. The fresh cooked breakfast by the owner was also really good, with meat, cheese, eggs, vegetables, etc. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk below to the center. Would definitely stay here again.
