The facility is very clean, the location is very nice, comfortable and convenient. The landlord is very interested and answers questions immediately. We easily entered the house ourselves. 1.located just 2 corners away from a main shopping area , where you have access to cafes, clothing and shoes shops, drug marts etc and it also walking distance to the port 2.Sensible fixture and furniture placement : the apartment is well designed, all the plugs are set close to the coffee tables on both sides of the bed and also the dining table. There are also a few more plugs close to the full mirror by the door . I don’t have to use extension cords. The amount of light in the bathroom is great for make up application. The apartment can be as well lit as you want. 3: I normally bring my own cleaning supplies but it gives me peace knowing the apartment provides shampoo and conditioner , shower gel as well 4: the hairdryer works fine 5: there is enough hot water to shower 6: the toilet is GREAT, it actually flushes well 7: the bed and pillows are comfortable 8: room is spaces enough for larger suitcases 9: owners are very welcoming and helpful 10: self check in procedure is simple

We received a clean and comfortable apartment. The garden with a fountain and trees provides a nice area to sit at. Very good locality, around 10-15 minutes by walk to the centre so everything is close but it's also quiet. Free parking spot is useful if you are exploring the island by car like we did.

This is a really great finding in booking chios. The place is 10 min enjoyable walk to the city centre but at the same time , super quiet residential area . The people who have it , super friendly and accommodating nothing is a nother and made us feel literally like being home . Top marks for having a good hairdryer, something I always forget to pack !!
