We stayed here and were very pleasantly surprised. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly, quickly responding to our needs and providing useful information about the area. They helped us organize a yacht trip and rent a car cheaply. Additionally, there is a daily opportunity to get free rides to the beach and the shopping center. A BBQ evening was organized, allowing us to meet other house residents and enjoy delicious food. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. We especially liked the beautifully arranged surroundings and the privacy this place offered. The pool area was very well-kept. The location was ideal – while the main attractions were quite a distance away, they were easily accessible by car. During our stay, we could enjoy peace and quiet. It was an excellent experience that we would recommend to anyone seeking comfort and privacy.

Beautiful accommodation with the best and friendly owners. Very quite and nice place just few steps from the amazing beach. Rooms were very clean and with pleasant atmosphere. We traveled 7 days through all island and this accomodation was the best. 100% recommended!

Great location, wonderful panorama view from the terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The taverna on the top floor has the most beautiful flowers in pots and you can see the bay from there - plus the food is perfect. The rooms are quiet, you can't hear anything from the taverna. They clean the rooms every day.

Absolutely amazing place. If you want to feel.and rest like VIP then this is the place. Dream house. Has everything,close to.the beach (5 min). Situated in small village with plenty restaurants,bars. There is horse riding,obviously boats and even flamingo observation place at about 1 km from house. Magnificent sunsets in this place.

So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

    We loved everything about the villa. First of all the owners we’re the best people. They welcomed and heart warmed us with many surprises such a vine, beer, water, fresh fruits and even food products. Owners always helped us to get taxi at the best prices and to make our stay such a enjoyable experience. The villa is very clean, comfortable and near Petriti town where you can enjoy time spending at the bar, at the beach and some restaurants. Also the villa has everything - grill, washing machine, big fridge, kitchen, tv in every room and etc.

    This appartment is newly renovated, roomy, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need, was a terrace out front is a perfect place to relax and soak up the greek sunshine. It's less than a minutes walk to the sea front and the local bars and tavernas, we loved our stay in Fotinis thank you :)

    Ideal location for us and a really cute little apartment with a fabulous patio/terrace, also a little table and chairs in a shady veranda, great outdoor space!
