Excellent location and great value for staying in Perissa amd enjoying the Black Beach area of Santorini. The rooms are at the back of the beach-front restaurant Ramaya. We arrived a bit early but Vasilis, who owns and runs the restaurant and the hotel/suites, told us he would do his best to check us in as soon as the room was available. In the meantime we were able to drop our bags and enjoy a bit of the area by chilling at the sunbeds right at the Black Beach. These are free for guests during their stay, so a huge plus, especially considering guests also get a discount when ordering from Ramaya, the restaurant. Our room was simple but fairly new. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge (loaded with water and some welcome treats). The bathroom was also new and spacious. We also had a small patio area with a table and a rack to hang (wet) clothes. The breakfast is served at Ramaya, so we were able to sit at the tables by the beach, which was very nice (since it was end of September, it wasn't too hot around 10am). The portions were extremely generous and Vasilis went above and beyond to make sure we were well served. Overall, great value if you want to explore Perissa area. Very different from what you will find in Fira or Oia, but definitely worth a visit. (PS. A truly kind and thoughtful place to stay I only stayed for one night as I had previously booked another place, but due to unexpected delays I ended up missing my ferry and arriving at 3 AM after a long, exhausting day. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They left the room open for me with clear instructions, and when I finally arrived in the middle of the night, I was touched to find they had prepared sandwiches and left cold water in the fridge for me—just because they knew I’d had a long journey. The next morning, they kindly let me rest a bit longer and even saved me some breakfast on the side. It was such a lovely and genuine gesture, and it really made me feel welcome and cared for. This is the kind of place that truly values their guests and wants to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. The environment is calm, laid-back, and very cute—perfect for relaxing. And the price was more than reasonable for the experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for warmth, hospitality, and a real human touch.

Everything were super great. The sea view was amazing, and we saw beautiful sunrise and sunset. The hot pool was very warm, and the breakfast variety was also very rich. All staffs were kind and really helpful. We really love this place, and we had wonderful times there.
