The apartment looks just like the pictures. It is brand new, comfortable and clean. Everything works great, from AC, smart TV, Wi-Fi, shower with hot water and great water pressure etc. My partner and I are very sensitive to noise and light, so we appreciated the quiet surroundings and the roller shutters in the bedroom. The owner is extremely kind, we even received some welcome gifts, and were offered early check-in and late check-out. The location was great for us, just a short stroll down to the beach, which was totally empty when we were there in June. There is also a lovely bar if you want to get food, drinks and some shade.

I absolutely LOVED everything! 😍 The view from the apartment was breathtaking — a stunning, wide-open seaside panorama right from the balcony. The balcony itself was super spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The apartment was beautifully designed with great attention to detail — cozy, stylish, and had everything you could possibly need. It didn’t just feel like a vacation; I could just start living there:) The host was incredibly kind and had such warm, positive energy which made the whole experience even better. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great location, center of Novalja, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Breakfast was great. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. This lovely apartment was exceptional - nice, clean, quiet, very nicely furnished with a modern kitchen. It's about 10 mins walking distance to the centre of Mandre where you can find bakery, shop, restaurant and bars. Owners are really nice people, very friendly, always there to help and to check on you if you're okay with everything. It was lovely holidays and we're definitely coming back!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable night – the bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean and well-equipped. It’s located right in the center of Novalja, next to a large supermarket, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is 11 out of 10. The staff is the top level. I have never been in to such a clean hotel. I highly appreciate the cook who prepared me lactose free diner. They didn't have any problem to clean the coffee machine out of milk. The staff and the owners were such a nice and made our stay extraordinary.
