Duncormick is not the centre of the world, but its location between the historically interesting towns of Wexfrord and Waterford made Ambrose Mews a great stopover for us. And we were not disappointed. The hostess is incredibly friendly and we received a very warm welcome. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom huge (but unfortunately not en suite, but we were given super-soft bathrobes). As we had announced in advance that we were vegan, our hostess made every effort to veganise our breakfast. And it was a complete success! A really rich and very tasty breakfast. In hindsight, it was a bit of a shame that we only stayed one night, as we felt very comfortable.

Location was beautiful, very quiet and rural and just 25 mins from Rosslare ferry. Audrey was delightful and very welcoming. Gave us everything we needed and more besides. Bedrooms were large, bathrooms well equipped. A real home from home.

A most convenient location when using the ferry at Rosslare Harbour as its only a 10 minute drive. The property is spotless and very comfortable and the owners are wonderful - very welcoming! A bonus for me as a motorcyclist is that the property's parking area is secure.

Lisa and Steve were exceptional hosts, very warm and welcoming. Gorgeous, comfortable room, great bathroom and loads of toiletries available. Breakfast was great too, with loads of choice of cereals coffees etc. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Barbara was very welcoming and left us a lovely scone package. The house was fab with a table outside that was perfect for eating and drinking in the sun. The kitchen was so spacious and we had a great time cooking our meals together. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We will defo come back!

The room was excellent, a great size and very clean and comfortable. There were several extra benefits, such as a reading and games room and an enormous array of books to read. The hosts were exceptional and the breakfast was perfect. I would highly recommend this venue as a wonderful place to stay.

Everything. The location was great - very quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and very nicely decorated and had cups, glasses, water, and kettle. The bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, 100/100, we would recommend and will return back.

the breakfast was excellent, including homemade breads and tea brack. the hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. the location was not easy to find initially and from wexford town a difficult journey in the dark, even when we knew the route. Once off the N25 the roads in Wexford are narrow and busy, a continuous white line for miles.
