I kept extending and ended up staying there for more than a week. Niaz is super nice and he really loves to help you with whatever question you throw at him, even taking you to places himself. Luckily Niaz' friend was staying there at the same time who cooked for us every evening, which contributed even more to this really nice community feeling. We celebrated Holi Festival and went to temple festivals together and Niaz let us paint flags on the house, which I loved. The rooms were clean, you can use the kitchen and there's a rooftop where you can hang out or do some yoga. Plenty of space up there. Loved it !

Elzas Fort Inn was a such a vibe to be in. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. We couldnt reach at the time we had informed, but our hosts waited for us and made sure we were safe, fed and comfortable. We booked a room with 2 double beds, attached bathroom and with 3 mini balconies. The room and bath were very spacious, clean and tidy. The building on the whole is so beautiful! Gives instagram-able vibes. The hosts will help you with anything from places to visit, places to eat, how to reach their place, ferry timings, or whatever it is that u want to know! Give them a call before you reach if you have no clue as to how to explore Fort Kochi and they'll give you an idea. Would recommend their place 100%!!!

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it very easy to move around and explore the area. The young lady who assisted us was extremely helpful and kind. She supported us on many occasions, including helping us call an Uber, and always made sure we felt safe, well-informed, and comfortable. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. The breakfast was very good and satisfying, and every request we had was handled 100% efficiently. The staff was consistently polite, friendly, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and overall the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would gladly stay here again.

This was the most beautiful and cleanest accommodation we have had in all over india so far. The staff was so friendly and made us delicious breakfast. The flat is very new, central and even has a little balcony/terrace. The location is perfect to explore Kochi by foot. Can only reccomend!

This really is a very special hotel. You feel like you've stepped into another world. We saw some of the rooms and each of them is designed in a different style, always very appealing. There are numerous surprises, from the golden entrance door to the golden toilet bowl . Right next door is the seemingly endless antique store of the owner, who showed us his best pieces during a personal tour. We should also mention the beautiful restaurant right on the water and the very friendly staff. Martin is a treasure who greeted us every day with a smile and fulfilled every wish. Many thanks to Martin, George and the entire Ginger House Team! Don't miss out on this unique experience at a good price-performance ratio!
