I loved everything about my stay here, extended straight away and would have loved staying here even longer! The place is immaculately clean, spacious, located in a nice contemporary house. I enjoyed the most - hospitality of the hosts. The communication was great, they sent me overview of the city with places to visit and eat, gave tips and discounts on tours and even helped me choose a great place (non touristy) to go saree shopping. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Thomas and his wife, Theresa, were delightful! Thomas came to collect us from the airport where our driver arranged to meet him. We booked an overnight at their HomeStay so we could be close to the airport. We absolutely loved their beautiful house next door to a rice paddy and surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees. Our bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We could relax on a lovely balcony surrounded by nature, sipping on delicious fresh juice. We were served a home cooked meal of chicken, flavoured rice, and aromatic cauliflower finished with fresh pineapple cuts. Dinner is available at a small extra charge. I expressed a desire to have a proper tea strainer like they use in Kerala for making authentic Chai. Great was my surprise this morning when I was presented with my very own tea strainer, which Thomas went out to buy for me the previous night!! Thomas also drove us back to the airport at 7am for our flight to Sri Lanka. We will definitely recommend this wonderful house stay to all our friends who would like to come and explore Kerala. It certainly made an already perfect holiday in the South of India even more unforgettable!

The entire experience was amazing. I checked in with my son and my friend. The receptionists Hazyb and Hamza, very nice boys. Both of them were very friendly and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. We had requested for a wiper for the toilet as the floors were wet after a shower and they instantly got it for us. The place had all the facilities that an apartment would need, from washing machine to pots to microwave. Will definitely stay here if I ever visit Cochin again. And would happily recommend to anyone. Might find some items missing like washing liquid. But I am very sure if I had asked, they would have arranged it for me. All of these for a very budget-friendly price.

A great family! The staff îs very friendly, helpfull,smiley, careful. În a quite area, few minutes walking to bus and tuk tuk station. 10 minutes to beach by tuk tuk. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff who catered to our every need. Our stay at Luxo lasted about two weeks, alongside ten other family members, and we found the rooms to be comfortable and in line with our expectations. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to malls and other key destinations we needed to visit. We especially appreciated the attentive staff, who were always available to assist us, even during the early hours of the morning. This 4-star accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
