The hotel has a great location in the center of Arco. Very convenient for evening walks :) Due to such a central location, there may be difficulties with parking near the hotel, but the staff will organize free parking for you nearby, so no problems. The rooms are modern, comfortable, extremely clean. Super. Good, tasty and quite varied breakfasts. But the most important value is the incredible staff! This is the highest level of hospitality, friendliness and service. Every day of the stay was wonderful thanks to the people working at the reception and in the restaurant!

The apartment is much bigger than on the photos. Very comfortable, we didn't miss anything. Location is great for exploring Arco and Riva is only 5 minutes by car. I liked the spacious bathroom, and the bed was very comfy.

Great communication leading up to the booking coupled with clear instructions on finding the location, parking and access. The host is a very likeable person and even brought over a bottle of Prosecco as a gift, as we had mentioned it was a friend’s birthday. Everything was excellent. Beautiful view from the room, fun balcony. The beds are extremely comfortable. Spacious shower. Swimming pool. High level equipment and high functionality for everything you need on vacation. Free parking. There are bicycles for riding in the vineyards surrounding the hotel. Very good breakfast. Raffaella helped with everything, gave ideas for trips and was helpful and very nice. Definitely recommended.

The location and grounds were exceptional. Beautiful garden that was perfect for relaxing and reading. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they went above and beyond to ensure maximum comfort and assistance. The bed was very comfortable! I was able to use the pool area during my stay and it was kept very clean. The breakfast service was good!
