Great location of the hotel, right around the corner is bus no. 25, which goes to the center, so moving around the city is very easy. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Large rooms, modernly furnished, cleaned every day. Breakfast very plentiful, tasty, dining room clean and large. Parking at the hotel very large and free. Great that we chose this hotel, because I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.

I stayed in the Karenina room and found it to be truly perfect and fantastic. I travel often for work and I think it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever slept. The room was very clean and furnished with impeccable taste. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming. The taste in which the details were positioned and thought out made me feel truly pampered and special. In the room there is a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and the landlady always buys biscuits and salty crackers from a bakery as a gift. In the bathroom there is body cream, shampoo with conditioner, shower gel, cotton buds and everything (even more) necessary to feel at home, the shower was very spacious and very comfortable. The structure is entirely powered by electricity and there is no disposable plastic, everything is compostable. The love for antiques merges with the modern love for respecting the environment. Federica was an excellent advisor, you can see that she knows the city well and is always available for any questions. She won me over as a customer and I am sure that it will be my favorite place when I return to Bologna. If I could I would give more than 10 as a score: Highly recommended!!

Aesthetically the room is lovely and modern, but warm. The patio was a delight in the evening and felt very private. Very clean and had everything I needed, lots of restaurants very close and the area is beautiful. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the bus. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic, lots of hot water.
