Very friendly and helpful host, very accommodating with arrival/departure times. Easy and responsive communication via WhatsApp. The room was big and beautiful, and luminous. Clean. The bathroom is a bit small but functional. The common area, especially the kitchen are well equipped and very practical. The inner courtyard/garden is very beautiful. Location is perfect - close both to the sea front and to the train station.

The apartment is fabulous -- it was newly renovated and in top condition with everything brand new. The two bedrooms are spacious and with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. It has a small balcony which is lovely but as we were travelling with a small child and the apartment is on the 8th floor we were a bit nervous, but it was great to have a place to hang laundry and beach towels! The location of the apartment is fantastic, less than 5 minutes to the beach, close to the main street of Follonica and there is a small grocery store two minutes walk away. The hosts were really helpful and available to answer questions at all times. We had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone!
