The host was very kind and always available. The room was nicely furnished, well-maintained, and equipped with thoughtful details—like a hairdryer, which is not always provided. Close to some local restaurants which proved to be really tasty, of course... The beach is right on the doorstep. 2 mins most. Plus it’s just a short hop into Rome centre by bus to Cornelia and quick metro. The Villa is amazing and really well kept and comfortable. We had 7 adults and it was brilliant. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The private pool was very nice!! Highly recommended!

The room was cosy and clean and the bed really comfortable! Also it was very handy to have a fantastic restaurant downstairs where we ate the best Italian food , everything homemade and amazing quality. Staff were so friendly and even we didn't book the table on busy Saturday they managed to find us a table!

We stayed here two times for one night because we had long layovers in Fiumicino. We had a bedroom with a small balcony, our own big bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Kitchen is small but it has everything. I really liked this place. We had simple but ok breakfast. Owner was really nice and helpful. There is a self check in, which was useful because we came after midnight. It's walking distance to the bus station where you can catch Cotral bus to the airport (1eur). There are no night buses between city and airport, only very expensive taxi (25eur), but it is possible to walk, it took us almost an hour from the airport to this place (on a very nice bike path).

I booked this room last minute, so I didn’t have to sleep at the airport. The communication was perfect from the beginning till the end. I arrived a little bit earlier than the check-in time and the owner (Noemí) helped me out with the shuttle bus from the airport to the accommodation and also from accommodation to the airport, I had to leave at night and it was no problem because the shuttle bus is on the other side of the street, 1 minute walking. She also helped me out finding a buss to the beach, I wanted to spend my last day at the beach. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs an accommodation close to the airport, beach etc. I definitely will come back to this place. House was so clean and looked fancy. Thank you so much!

    We stayed here the night before our flight home from Fiumicino airport. The property is lovely as well as the location, not far from the beach and close to the airport. Our room had a lovely comfy bed, it was very clean and the breakfast area was lovely and well equipped. The owner is also really friendly and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

    I don't normally write reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. It's a great deal for its location by the beach, bedroom accommodations, and breakfast. It was incredibly helpful to contact Lisa through WhatsApp, and she'd reply promptly with any help or advice. The family is very warm and made me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially for the price you pay. I will definitely stay again when I return to Italy.
