If you come by car and would love to explore Lucca by bike (indeed, it’s the best way to enjoy Lucca and its walls!), this is the place for you: the private garage plus two bikes for guests’ use is a combo that makes your stay impeccable. The apartment is clean, quiet and fully equipped, has a lovely terrace, very spacious for two persons. Lovely, well designed, top floor one bedroom suite. This apartment had skylights that let the light pour in. I made good use of the modern, updated and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and great bathroom...lots of hot water. Gianluca was a pleasure to connect with and gave great restaurant recommendations. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return. The apartment is right in the heart of Lucca and a short walk to the main attractions. Please note that this apartment is on the 4th floor and there are only stairs...this was no problem for me and the apartment was well worth the climb! :)

A perfect location in a room with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean and the host (Matteo) was very friendly and helpful when we wanted to stay an extra night. It was very quiet even though there were four of us on the floor. Two of the rooms had a bathroom outside the room, but it was just for us and not difficult to take the 4 steps to the bathroom from the bedroom. In fact, it was a lovely big bathroom, which we wouldn't have had if it were an ensuite. Breakfast voucher could be spent at the local bakery - 2 mins walk away and the choice was good and the food and coffee delicious. All round good experience for us.
