Big apartment, very clean, right in the centre (quite close to the Duomo). Guiseppe and his wife are very nice and helpful (the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived and they had it mended very quickly). The street may be a bit noisy at night but that's not a big problem. Highly recommended!

The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car). The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone. All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. The apartment had everything I needed, very comfortable and well-equipped, and it felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host Barbara was extremely kind and always ready to help. Nice new, clean, modern apartment. Perfect for short stays. Private bathroom. Lots of cupboard space, wifi, noise cancelling windows. It’s a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is absolutely convenient, also only 15-20 minute walk into the city centre for shopping, food, cathedral, and other amazing sites. Host was friendly and helpful, attention to detail with amenities, snacks, coffee machine, bottled water. App controlled entry/exit which was convenient but also requires phone internet. I found it easy to use though.
