Our stay was perfect — the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind. The location couldn’t be better. Only a short walk to the Duomo in Modica Alta, and not far away from Corso Umberto, the main street of Modica Bassa. Parking spots available around the corner. The room was very nice with a nice view from the rooftop terrace. The owner was amazingly service-minded. Big compliment.

We had an amazing time at the place! It was nicer than advertised, the bedroom was big and quiet, the bed super comfortable, warm shower, very good hairdryer!!! All very well renovated and taken care of! The breakfast had many homemade items such as carrot and orange cake, biscotti, bread and local cheese. The hosts were very friendly as well. The communication in english was a bit difficult but it worked out with a little help from google translator and portuguese speakers :) Would definitely recommend!! Looking forward to come back in summer and wish them all the best!

Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home. Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.

Very clean. Good location (for us) as close to bars/restaurants used by locals. Also good for downhill walk taking in all the sites with local frequent (and cheap) bus service back up to Modica alta. Excellent communication from the owners ensuring a smooth arrival and stay.
