Excellent room, location, decoration. There’s attention to details, the host really cares about your comfort. It’s really close to everything. Has a full kitchen even with Nestle Expresso Machine and Toaster. The parking is about 200m but you won’t find in Pienza anywhere that’s less than that. The rooms are modernized, spacious and the beds are comfortable. There’s restaurants and shops everywhere around it. Cost value was outstanding.

It exceeded expectations of a peaceful country stay in Tuscany. They only have 5 rooms, so it has an intimate atmosphere, it really has the "quiet luxury". I though is was just a regular apartment but it was a 2 floors chalet. A big place for a couple. Seeing photos of the tiled floor, I was afraid of not having an ideal temperature for the beginning of winter, but the whole chalet was very warm. The place and the view is amazing, once you get in there you just don't want to leave. We arrived in the afternoon with the expectation of resting a little and going out for dinner, but the place is very inviting to stay. So we had dinner there, and we didn't regret it, the restaurant space is wonderful, cozy and the food is great. The breakfast was great as well. The staff was also very, very kind and welcoming. We left there wanting to go back.

    Perfect location, walkable to Pienza and very peaceful. Room was a good size, very clean and bed and sofa comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Clean linen provided. Natural swimming pool, nice for a quick dip after a hot day walking but didn't like spending too much time in it. Ample sunbeds and clean and in good condition. Fresh bottled water provided every day. Useful working fridge.

    We loved our room which was very spacious and well appointed . The added bonus of a separate sitting room was a lovely surprise. It was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was an added bonus. The location was excellent.
