Very well maintained, very clean. There is car parking right in front of the house making it super convenient for stay.only 25min drive to Monterossa Al mare. There a mini Grocery store cum beer stop just 20 meters away.

it’s the perfect spot to relax. Amazing view! Everything was perfect. All the staff was very polite and friendly especially Flaviano and Ines that helped us out a lot and we are grateful for everything. We can’t wait to return next year.

sweet room in a typical Italian romantic look in a great location. even had a little terrace. great breakfast lovingly prepared, served on a rooftop filled with lemon trees. friendly and always smiling staff that do all to make your stay memorable. I booked the hotel only one day inadvance as a pre-birthday surprise for my husband. asked if the hotel would be able to put a simple card in the room with happy birthday on it, and was touched to see they added extras as well. The entire feeling of the hotel is like you are not only a guest but a welcome one!

Our host Martha met us already at the propertys gate when we arrived and showed us to our room and all facilities. She also gave us a lot of useful tips for our stay in Cinque Terre, with information about all the towns and what to see and do. Clean room with airconditioner, with a nice little patio and a lemon tree right outside the window! Quite area so very comfortable at night. Many stairs up to the property (like its everywhere in Riomaggiore😅) but definitly worth it! We loved our stay here, big thanks to Martha and the Upper House! 😊

The town is amazingly beautiful, and this apartment is in a great spot to enjoy it. We spent many evenings relaxing on the rooftop just watching the town and its people. The apartment is also well stocked, so you can cook meals at home if you want.

    Beautiful location, although a car is needed for everything, as the nearest shops/cafes are 2 miles away. There is a restaurant just opposite the flat. The host was superb and extremely accommodating. The flat was big, very clean and fully accessorized.
