I loved everything. Very clean property with perfect location. It had everything you need for stay. Felt like home. You can make your food, iron your clothes, do everything like at your home. Very clean place, excellent equipment, very kind staff and fast to help also in case of exceptional requests like getting an iron for the clothes. Very good location, in a quiet area and well connected if using a car. There are a couple of supermarkets at walking distance. The pool and the relaxing area is simply great! Every day we got very clean room, clean towels and sheets.

It was a bit like staying in a small castle. I liked the location and the view from the balcony, the antique furniture and deco. The room was spacious and offered a great view to Prato. If you have a car, the location is great. On foot, it will be too far from the station. Traveling to Florence is easy and cheap by train, but I actually enjoyed Prato too as Florence is too busy with tourist. I was glad I stayed away from Florence and have peace in the accommodation to unwind.

Well equipped apartment especially for families with little kids. This was by far the most child friendly establishment that we have visited with our kid in the past two years. Location is great and check-in process was smooth. Ideal for exploring Florence and surroundings. Finally, Miriam is great host going above and beyond to accommodate all that guests need.

The location is ideal, the property comfortable and the hosts very friendly and responsive. Very convenient that it had a washing machine and ironing board too.

A large, very clean apartment with everything you need, a wonderful, helpful host (Giulia), a safe and close to cafés and restaurant location - everything was just perfect. We recommend this place and its owners with all our hearts.
