The Host Nicolò is really great and helpful for the arrival, helping for parking the car and assist for the luggages. Appartement rénovation is really great and globally a must and house déco so cute and authentic. Bed is large and very comfortable, All was so clean, room is exceptionnal with private terrasse. It is just the perfect place to relax and spend your vacation at the Lago Maggiore. You stay in a beautiful and luxury villa. The whole area and the house are very well maintained and clean. The room and the bathroom are spacious and equipped with everything you need. At night, it was so dark and quiet in the room, that I had the best sleep of my holidays. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The pool is big enough to swim and also very clean. The floating couch is so comfortable, I could have spent my whole vacation on it. There are many interesting things to visit around, all main attractions of the area are nearby, but you need a car. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They make you feel like home immediately. I hope to come back one day. Mille Grazie!

The hotel is absolutely stunning! We had a room facing the lake and it was amazing. Huge room with a sitting area, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom with big closets. We also had a private balcony overlooking the lake.

We loved everything about this gorgeous property. Wonderful! Martina is a fantastic host. Our room had a picture window with a great view of the mountains and lake. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the little communal kitchen area that we could pop into to grab some snacks and a beer (write what you had and pay Martina later). The breakfast was immense! Martina cooked for us and the food was delicious - a real treat. We were on a 2.5k mile road trip from UK and car parking was safe and easy to find (follow Martina’s directions not satnav). We were sad to leave this property but Martina gave us great advice on where to stay next and where to visit on the lakes. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place.

The hotel has a lovely garden and terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink or coffee. The pool is nice. In the restaurant, delicious food and high service are served. Breakfast is really good with a nice selection. But probably the best thing is that all the staff are so nice and friendly, which really makes the place a place worth recommending. We loved this place.

This is the prefect place to spend the weekend or even longer. Julie and Alexis did an amazing job in renovating this beautiful Italian house in this cute little village near Lake Orta. The breakfast was amazing with home made jam and bread, cookies etc. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfy. They thought of pretty much everything there. And Julie and Alexis are beautiful hosts. Thanks so much for having us.
